An really good experience led by a dedicated staff were really nice to ensure comfort. The beautiful location and immaculate room comfort was very good. Special appreciation for Georgo and Lili, whose warmth. Delights like fresh fruit and personalized service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Charming hotel, good stay, with an air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed and complimentary wi-fi, made for a great experience during my two-night stay as a couple.

The only downside was the slightly outdated shower setup in the bathroom, which may not meet the expectations of guests seeking modern amenities.

Super location and equipment. But the room was very small.

Breakfast buffet not top! No fresh bread and the pastry was from the day before.

I loved the syle, interior design and the attention to detail of the hotel. The staff were fantastic and provided personal attention during my whole. The food was lovely and the service very efficient. I felt very at home and wished I could stay for longer!

It's a pity about the inconsistent air conditioning and the noise from the street!!! A little more attention to maintenance and clearer check-in procedures would elevate the experience significantly!!!

Beautiful hotel and extremely nice staff. Excellent location!

We stayed for two nights, and we had to change room. If we had a last minute booking it would have been OK, but we booked this hotel way back. They offered us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, but all we wanted was having the same room two nights in a row to avoid having to pack and unpack over again. Found long dark hair in the first room, not exactly appealing.

Service, Breakfast, Cocktails on the Terrace. Staff was amazing and super helpful.

Parking (40 Euros/day), Very noisy in the stairwells the entire day.

Really good staff made our stay lovely

The front desk team was wonderful, always smiling and genuinely cute. Breakfast was a good treat with a variety of options, and the fine outdoor café offered amazing views of the square.

The only downside was the bathroom which could use some modern updates. The shower in the tub setup felt a bit outdated for such a luxurious hotel.

The room had beautiful decor and a charming touch. Daily breakfasts offered an excellent variety of delicious options and fresh fruits. Staff members, especially Christina and Elana, always greeted me warmly and remembered my drink preferences. The cocktail service in the evenings was good with some fantastic options. One standout was the special Aperol Spritz made just for me. Though my room lacked a view, its comfort made up for that. The hotel's location was perfect-just a short walk from the train station and city center. The complimentary afternoon snacks by the concierge desk added a lovely touch. I did notice the heating system could be inconsistent, which affected room temperature comfort. Sometimes it felt either too warm or too cool. I also found the shower setup a bit outdated, as it felt clunky showering in the tub rather than having a standalone shower. These minor details didn't overshadow my enjoyable stay.

Our 5-night stay was truly delightful, thanks to the lovely terrace and the delicious breakfast presentation each morning. The only downside was the slightly outdated shower setup in our room.
